Common purchase questions answered
We are only open on the weekends. Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm.
During the week we are busy operating our farm to produce the products we sell.
Orders are ready the next weekend after you make a purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Stock can move fast and we will notify you if something you ordered is not available.
If you order Homestead Harvest feed that is not in stock, your order will be available within 1 to 2 weeks. We will contact you to let you know that your feed is available for pick up.
During checkout you have the option to securely save your payment information. Our processor is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
All meat sales are final. Meat products cannot be returned after purchase. Unopened feed may be returned within 24 hours and at the discretion of Ritter Farm.
Contact us immediately and we can update your shipping address. If your order has already shipped we cannot make a change.
Contact us immediately to change or cancel your order. If we have already shipped your order we cannot change or cancel it. Cancelled orders made with a Credit Card will be accessed a fee based on the type of Credit Card used.
